Gay Marriage Questions...

If a man and a woman are legally married, and the man has a sex change, are they still married?

If an unmarried man has a sex change, can he still marry a woman?

If an unmarried man has a sex change, can he now marry a man?

Anybody know?

I'm pretty sure that if a married man has a sex change, he can stay married provided that the woman also has one.

If a single man has a sex change, he can't marry a woman, but he can marry a man who used to be a woman.
